El Chuletón de ganado mayor a la brasa y el Bacalao del Norte (al pil-pil, a la brasa y a la vizcaína) son nuestras especialidades.

La técnica de elaboración es sencilla pero inmejorable. Para acompañar a cada uno de nuestros platos ofrecemos una carta variada de Vinos: Vinos Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Albariño y Verdejo, entre otros.
